Description

A real crowd pleaser, this gin is infused with Strawberries grown on a farm a few miles from our distillery. We use the ‘wonky’ strawberries that aren’t pretty enough to be sold in punnets, but are still packed with flavour. The strawberries add the sweet summer flavour (and pretty pink colour), but our homemade black pepper syrup adds the kick and balances out the flavour to stop it from becoming over sweet. Best mixed with a light tonic or elderflower tonic, a handful of fresh basil (for great aroma and a touch of savoury balance - plus it looks cool) and a sliced strawberry.
