Description

This was the first seasonal that we ever made; it was originally a Christmas gin, but due to our lack of confidence we called it a ‘Winter Edition’ in case we hadn’t sold it all by Christmas! Our fears were unfounded, as it sold out on the first day we put it on our website, solidifying our suspicions that there was a market for high quality, full strength fruit gins. Using whole cranberries and hand zested clementines (it smells amazing in the distillery on zesting days!). This is a great and versatile gin, which can be served with tonic, ginger beer or even prosecco - we like it best with a twist of orange peel to enhance the bitter orange flavour.
