Shed530 Estate produces boutique and crafted wines with varieties from New Zealand's most prized wine regions. Our minimal intervention winemaking method requires that little or no additives, preservatives or sugar be added. Producing Award Winning Wines that anyone can indulge in.•Low In Sugar which is achieved from fermentation only (no added sugar) •Low In sulphites •Minimal intervention with minimal additives and preservatives added, 14% ABV. The aroma profile is driven by white flesh peach, vanilla, ripe mandarin and lemon zest. A hint of caramel from the malo-lactic ferment is also present. The wine has good richness on the palate and a persistence afforded by the light acid.
