Our minimal intervention winemaking method requires that little or no additives, preservatives or sugar be added. Producing Award Winning Wines that anyone can indulge in.•Low In Sugar which is achieved from fermentation only (no added sugar) •Low In sulphites •Minimal intervention with minimal additives and preservatives added, 13.5% ABV,The aroma is complex with dried boysenberry, truffles and hazelnut. The earthy nature of a Porcini mushroom is also evident. The palate is fleshy and powerful with velvety tannins that help sustain flavours revealing more dark berries.
