We believe that food and drink have the power to bring people together in a way that nothing else can. That's why we've carefully curated a range of delicious snacks that are expertly designed to complement your favourite drink and take your enjoyment to the next level.

Our story started in 2016 when we served our first customers, including The Fat Duck Group, Fortnum & Mason, and Rick Stein, from kitchens in our local village hall. Since then, we've come a long way, supplying a diverse range of establishments around the world. And we're still as passionate as ever about bringing people together with our exceptional products.


Chorizo Thins

Our tapas-inspired snack pays homage to traditional Spanish flavours and the artisans who crafted them.

Sourced from a small family producer in the picturesque region of Lugo in Galicia, our chorizo is crafted with care and attention to detail. We believe that quality ingredients are essential to create an unparalleled gastronomic experience, and that's precisely what our Chorizo Thins offer. Smoky and bold, they pack a punch of flavour in every bite.

Pair them with a glass of Joven Rioja, and you'll be transported straight to the sun-drenched streets of Spain. The young and fresh characteristics of Joven Rioja complement the rich and savoury notes of our chorizo, making it the perfect combination.

100% Irish Beef Biltong



Introducing Biltong – the snack that truly encapsulates the vibrant and rich culture of South Africa.

Our Biltong comes from a family business hailing from the Eastern Cape of South Africa, where authentic recipes and methods are cherished and passed down through generations. We pride ourselves on using only the best ingredients and practices to create the ultimate Biltong experience. There may be many imitators out there, but it's the combination of heritage, time-tested methods, and genuine South African spices that make our Biltong truly special.

We season soft and succulent air-dried beef with a unique blend of apple cider vinegar, secret spices, and coriander seeds. The flavour and texture of our Biltong is exceptional, and it’s all thanks to our premium-quality meat. We source 100% Irish grass-fed beef, which is raised on luscious green pastures for a richer, deeper flavour.

To fully appreciate the flavour of our Biltong, we suggest pairing it with a cold beer, a crisp cider, or a bold South African red wine like Pinotage.

A favourite of celebrity chefs such as Delia Smith and James Martin, Patum Peperium’s The Gentleman's Relish is a truly famous flavour to savour.
Generously seasoned with an infusion of butter, anchovies, herbs, and spices, we’ve ingeniously encapsulated the iconic taste of this accompaniment in a seasoning and have added it to our light, golden potato crisps to deliver a real umami sensation.

Baron Bigod Cheese & Onion



When it came to choosing a partner to make our cheese and onion seasoning, we knew we had to work with the very best. That's why we turned to the marvellous cheese makers at Fen Farm Dairy in Suffolk, who produce Baron Bigod cheese - the finest traditional Brie-de-Meaux style cheese produced in the UK. It has a nutty, mushroomy rind that encases a silky, golden breakdown with fresh and citrusy oozing centre. It's not hard to see why this cheese has been winning over Britain’s hearts and palates for over a decade.

To complete the ultimate Suffolk pairing, combine our delicious cheese and onion crisps with the world-renowned Aspall Cyder. It’s fruity, acidic notes cut perfectly through the richness of our cheesy crisps, making every bite a match made in culinary heaven.

With a roster of Michelin star restaurants, celebrities and food manufacturers as clients, you can trust that the English Truffle Company is the real deal when it comes to truffle hunting. Run by James and his trusty truffle hunting dog in the woodlands of Southern England, they expertly harvest the aromatic, nutty and earthy truffles that make our crisps a cut above the rest.

For the ultimate taste experience, pair them with a refreshing glass of English Classic Cuvee Brut, a sparkling wine that will cleanse your palate and provide a balanced contrast to the richness of the truffles.



 

Dorset Sea Salt

Introducing our award-winning Dorset Sea Salt crisps, made with potatoes hand-selected from British farmers and expertly hand-cooked in sunflower oil, these crisps boast a light and satisfying crunch that will keep you coming back for more.

What sets our crisps apart? A sprinkle of 100% natural Dorset Sea Salt, sourced directly from the breathtaking Chesil Beach on the Jurassic Coast of England. Using solar energy to draw seawater from this UNESCO World Heritage Site, Jethro and his team carefully evaporate it using a wood-fired oven before harvesting, washing, and drying the resulting salt crystals by hand. The result is a beautifully complex and subtle flavour profile, with a hint of sweetness and a slightly briny taste, which captures the very essence of the British landscape in every single bite.

To truly savour the flavour of our Dorset Sea Salt crisps, we recommend pairing them with a quintessentially English drink - the classic gin and tonic. This is why we created a seasoning to match the flavour profiles of Sarson's Malt Vinegar, the heart and soul of every classic chip shop flavour. Combined with Dorset Sea Salt's nuanced mineral-rich profile, these crisps deliver a taste that is both authentic and unforgettable.
