At Equinox we make great tasting, authentic kombucha. Our Great Tase Award winning drinks are low in sugar and naturally sparkling. Made using organic green tea and fermented using traditional methods, they are perfect for anyone who wants to add a healthy alternative to soft drinks with the added benefit of probiotics and antioxidants to their diet.

 

How it all started?

With a purpose built brewery in West Yorkshire, our mission has not changed from the very start to produce only the very best, organic, sustainable kombucha that’s a refreshing and healthy drink for the very day.

With sustainability at our core, we became B-Corp accredited in 2020 and actively engage in producing our kombucha in the most sustainable way possible.

 

What is Kombucha?

Kombucha is a lightly sparkling beverage made from fermented tea. It can be flavoured with fruits, spices and botanicals to create a refreshing, delicious drink.

Equinox Organic Kombucha is made using the same traditional craft brewing techniques that have been perfected over thousands of years. We brew organic green tea and cane sugar with water and our unique SCOBY, which is made from friendly bacteria and yeasts. The combination of these ingredients starts the fermentation process with breaks down the sugars into a unique range of good bacteria, enzymes and antioxidants.
