ButterNut of London was founded by Zoe in 2016 with the dream of bringing a fresh and luxurious approach to the world of peanut butter and nut-based snacks.
As a daughter of science and art Zoe is fascinated by flavour and a devotee to beautiful design. Each nut butter is dreamt up in her kitchen and honed until it is the most delicious it can be.
For Zoe food is so much more than sustenance; it’s creativity, pleasure, culture, tradition, therapy, and unity. Nothing brings people together like good food!
