Deep in flavour, colour and texture. The grated beetroot adds a natural earthy flavour that is unbeatable with fresh salads whilst the touch of Horseradish adds warmth and depth to the chutney. Don’t be put off by the Horseradish; the heat is mellowed by the onions and beetroot it is cooked with.
