Description

Our most innovative gin, we have tried to capture the key flavours of a Negroni Cocktail, but in the form of a dry gin, to be mixed with tonic water. It lies somewhere between a G&T, an Aperol Spritz and a Negroni. A taste of Italy in a cup, but distilled from scratch in the Cotswolds. This gin contains a secret mix of Italian herbs and spices, as well as a huge punch of citrus from Blood Orange, Seville Orange and Sicilian Lemon zests, with even a small amount of plum and clove to conjure the hint of vermouth needed. Mixed with tonic and served with a big slice of orange, this is a real aperitif treat, perfect for before a meal, to start an evening or for enjoying in the garden in the sun.
