Description

Like all of our gins, our Original gin is made from scratch, using a pure cane sugar base which is triple distilled, before we delicately vapour infuse our botanicals. Vapour infusion allows for subtle but refreshing flavours, and to enhance this we replenish all of our botanicals every 18 litres worth of gin collected. This ensures absolute freshness of flavour, but also consistency across the batch. Our ten botanicals are : Juniper (from Croatia, for a delicate, refreshing juniper taste), Coriander, Blueberries, Liquorice root, Cardamom, Cubeb berries (a beautiful Indonesian spice), Orange zest, Lemon zest (both freshly grated), Orris Root and whole Madagascan vanilla pods. The blueberries and Vanilla create a rounded, smooth aftertaste which means the gin does not finish on a bitter note – making it supremely easy drinking. This gin won the full 3 stars at the great taste awards, the highest honour for a food and drink brand and has been our flagship product for 7 years!
