No returns will be accepted unless prior arrangements have been made. Diverse Fine Food cannot give credit for goods that are already price marked or in an unsalable condition.
Faulty & Damaged Products
We are happy to replace faulty or damaged products that are received. Please ensure the item(s) are available for collection and please provide photos of any damaged products. Please always sign for any damaged deliveries as unchecked or damaged. Diverse cannot credit or replace any items that have been signed for as ok.
The buyer must ensure correct stock rotation as we are unable to give refunds for stock that remains unsold after its ‘best before’ or ‘use by’ date.
On occasion that there may be a discrepancy or shortage of the order, or if the goods are damaged, the buyer must advise Diverse Fine Food within 3 working days of delivery.
