Winemaker Steve Grimley, is the keeper of the exponentially reproducing troupe of the swine that gave us the 16 Little Black Pigs label. Their enthusiasm to supply him with top-quality meat is matched only by his drive to supply us with great wine – like this one. With exuberantly fresh citrus fruit at its heart, crunchy acidity and long, lively finish.
