“We’re here to put the humble peanut centre stage. Peanuts really have the power to do good – for the body, the planet and for people in need. We hope you like them as much as we do.”

Bursting with brilliance

We cram as many peanuts into each bar as possible, giving them a satisfying crunch that’ll fill you up for hours. We use maple syrup to give our range a natural sweetness and use as few ingredients as possible to keep things naturally delicious.

There’s no denying people love to snack on nuts. And no wonder; nuts are a great source of protein and fibre and their good fats make you feel fuller for longer. The most ubiquitous nut of them all are peanuts. Everyone knows them; there’s even an emoji dedicated to the little kernels. But most people don’t realise just how mighty the humble peanut is.

· Peanuts are an incredible natural source of protein, fibre, mono- and poly-unsaturated fats (also known as the ‘good’ fats), vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

· Peanut farming uses up to 16 times less water than other nuts, making them more environmentally friendly.

· Like other legumes, peanuts fix nitrogen into the soil as they grow, meaning they need less fertiliser to thrive.

· Peanuts literally save lives. They’re the main ingredient in RUTF (Ready to Use Therapeutic Food), a life-saving supplement used to treat severe malnutrition.
